Sugar Reduced Cloud Platform for transparency and traceability
A communications platform is needed to make sugar reduction and sugar replacement alternatives more transparent and traceable for the end-consumer. We are now developing a cloud-based platform for sugar reduction. The platform will be open for the public to learn more about different alternatives as well as for R&D people at food producers to use as a tool for new product development with less sugar. The project is funded by EU Horizon 2020 and the Swedish research agency Vinnova.
UK children still consuming too much sugar
